PHOTOS: Coyotes roaming near South Park business center
Coyotes are pretty much everywhere, even if you’ve never seen them – sooner or later, you probably will. Stephanie shares these photos of coyotes that have been sighted near her workplace in the Marra Farm area.
Stephanie says at least one co-worker has tried scaring them away while walking to her car – and that’s what experts advise you to do – yell, wave your arms, even throw rocks at them – it’s in your best interest and theirs to make sure they retain at least a healthy wariness; coexistence is possible if everyone keeps their distance.

While coyotes have been known to dine on unattended pets, such as small dogs or cats, they also are considered to be beneficial by means of pest control – their diet’s been analyzed and often, rodents are a big part of it.

I’ve seen one of these two around Marra Farm and even poking around in my back yard.
I handed out some flyers to a few neighbors with little dogs and left a flyer at Marra Farm. I had one flyer left and I was driving past Tent City so I gave them a heads up even though they are far away I figured they are living outside and I think some of them have pets.
