Homicide investigation in Duwamish Waterway Park after man found with apparent stab wounds

What was on the 911 log as a medic call early this morning has turned into a homicide investigation. From SPD Blotter:

Homicide detectives are actively investigating after a deceased man was found in South Park.

On November 3rd at approximately 1:23 a.m. officers responded with fire department personnel to a man-down call in Duwamish Waterway Park in the 7900 block of 10th Avenue South. Officers found an adult male victim in his 20′s lying on the ground in the park. The victim had what appeared to be several stab wounds to the torso and was unresponsive. Fire department medics declared the victim deceased at the scene.

The suspect(s) remain at large.

Homicide detectives responded to the scene and continue to actively investigate.
