Doubleheader Tuesday night in South Park: T-117, SPNA

Step up to the plate for a doubleheader community meeting Tuesday night at the South Park Neighborhood Center (8201 10th Ave. S). First:

6 PM, T-117: See the city’s design plans for the “Adjacent Streets and Stormwater” stage of the Terminal 117 cleanup project. Work is expected to start in the middle of next year. Much more at

7 PM, SPNA: The monthly South Park Neighborhood Association meeting follows, with a variety of topics, including police/crime reports, the Tree Ambassador program, air quality, and a vote on the new SPNA mission statement: “SPNA is a community membership organization that gives voice to residents of South Park. We bring neighbors together, foster a sense of community, and provide a forum for residents to make South Park better.”
